History The Carolina Stallions' Football Program began in Rocky Mount, North Carolina in 2002.  The main objectives embraced the need to channel and foster positive efforts through athletics and community involvement.  The venture established an avenue for many young men to experience a second chance to reveal their athletic potential, develop strong character, more self-esteem and positive attitudes.  The recruitment resulted in a roster of approximately 55 players heralding from several regions of Eastern North Carolina. VISION The Corporate Staff of the Carolina Stallions' Football Organization is dedicated to being a premiere football organization in the City of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We will strive to maintain a positive, motivating, enthusiastic climate for our athletes, cheerleaders, staff and sponsors.  It is our belief that a successful collaboration between communities and corporations help provide citizens, young and old, with the tools needed for success in the world.  It is our hope that the participants of our program come to have a positive impact on their families and the communities in which they live. MISSION Our mission is to help provide a positive, drug-free environment for the development of young minds, bodies and spirits.  We stress strong family valaues, the importance of education, self-discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork and responsibility for one's own actions.  Our program provides an opportunity for young men and women to continue their dreams through athletics and higher education.  Our program provides an entertainment venue to the City of Rocky Mount which will help bring families closer, combine people from all walks of life together for a positive event and open new business opportunities.  COMMUNITY OUTREACH Our program strives to develop and sponsor youth football camps to foster personal growth, creativity, special football skills and techniques. Our program maintains positiverelationships with colleges and universities to help obtain scholarships and promote continuing education. New programs have resulted as a result of the Carolina Stallions' venture:  Big-Brother and Big-Sister Program and Motivational Speaking (Athletic Banquets, Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis Clubs).
